Dr. Luke is dedicated to providing high-quality, comprehensive, confidential, and judgement-free medical services to his adolescent and young adult (AYA) patients.
Dr. Luke's mission is to raise awareness of AYA health needs, advocate on behalf of AYA patients through the lens of racial and social justice, and improve the health, medical literacy, and well-being of patients of color, low income communities, underrepresented minorities, LGBTQIA2s+ patients, patients with disabilities, neurodivergent patients, and other under-served communities through advocacy, education, outreach, compassionate care, and personalized treatment plans.
He was recently appointed Medical Director of Adolescent Medicine at Morris Heights Health Center as well as Medical Director of HIV CARE Services. He specializes in both Adolescent Medicine and HIV prevention and treatment.

Dr. Luke, MD is board-certified by the American Academy of Pediatrics with additional board-certification in Adolescent Medicine by the Society for Adolescent Health and Medicine.
He received his bachelors degree from the University of Florida, masters degree from University of California-Santa Cruz, and Medical Degree from American Univ

He received his bachelors degree from the University of Florida, masters degree from University of California-Santa Cruz, and Medical Degree from American University of the Caribbean. He completed his residency in pediatrics, including a chief resident year from 2019-2020 working in the Bronx, at BronxCare Health System, a Mount Sinai affiliate during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. He completed fellowship in Adolescent Medicine at the Adolescent Health Center at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City.
Dr. Luke is the Medical Director of Adolescent at the Young Adult and Adolescent Health Unit (YAAHU) at Morris Heights Health Center (MHHC) in the Bronx.
